Surya Semesta soft launch Batiqa hotel & resort

IQPlus - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk ( SSIA ) through PT Surya Internusa Hotels has executed a soft launch of its first hotel in Suryacipta Industrial Area , named Batiqa Hotel & Apartments Karawang.

According to the President Director of PT Surya Semesta Internusa , Johannes Suriadjaja , the grand launch of the hotel will be held at the beginning of the second half of 2014 , and after that will be followed by the construction of several business hotel spread across various cities in Indonesia, such as Cirebon , Pekanbaru , Palembang , in the industrial area Jababeka , Casablanca region - Lampung and Jakarta.

Batiqa Hotel & Apartments Karawang will have a complete range of facilities consisting of 137 rooms , restaurant , meeting room , swimming pool , bar , etc. , and at the soft launch some of the facilities are available. The total investment for building Batiqa Hotel & Apartments Karawang approximately IDR 95 billion , which consists of an eight -story hotel includes 57 apartment units.

Batiqa Hotel & Apartments Karawang is located in the commercial area of the Industrial Suryacipta known as the Suryacipta Square . Suryacipta Square itself newly built in 2013 , is currently also completing all facilities and infrastructure and at this point other than the hotel , other commercial facilities that are already available such as Bank of Tokyo , BII , BNI , minimarket , internet service provider Indosat , Japanese restaurant and Kyoi Medical Service, and a health clinic Japan.

Johannes Suriadjaja said that the SSIA has established measures to increase investment in the hospitality business , especially network business plan to build a hotel that has the brand and hotel management professionals and going to build about 35 hotels again in the years ahead , including the first phase consisting of five hotel built in 2014 's . The total investment of the first phase is IDR 385 billion.
