Bareksa.com - It's not always easy managing your cash flow, just ask Australia's prime minister. Tony Abbott reveals his first budget this Tuesday (May 13), and we can expect a rise in income taxes for higher earners, alongside heavy cuts to government agencies and projects like the Australia Network.
