MYRX marketing sales of IDR 208 billion from Serpong project

The company will now focus on working and developing new business in the field of property
IQPlus - Subsidiary of PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX) , PT Mandiri Mega Jaya (MMJ) which was acquired late in 2013 recorded marketing sales of IDR 208 billion from the sale of residential projects and land lots.
Benny Tjokrosaputro, Director of MYRX in a statement on Wednesday said the marketing sales of IDR 108 billion came from the sale of 300 units in the project Serpong Kencana.
"The remaining of IDR 100 billion from the sale of plots of land of 20 acres in the area of Maja Banten," he continued.
Benny said that the marketing sales achieved by the subsidiary is the result of the realization of MMJ marketing sales until March 10, 2014.
He also admitted that the company will now focus on working and developing new business in the field of property in addition to its core business.
"Currently we focus on developing properties in Serpong area and Maja. Therefore we are targeting revenue of IDR 1.19 trillion of projects that are being developed in Serpong region and Maja," he concluded.
